Project Financing Rules & Procedures
To ensure transparency and effectiveness in funding, all projects must adhere to the following requirements:
1. Government / Public Projects
- Submission of full project details, including feasibility studies, business plans, and all supporting documentation.
- Clear modes of payment and collateral/guarantee structures.
- Official Letter of Intent (LOI) or Letter of Interest issued by the relevant ministry.
2. Private Projects
- Submission of complete project details, including feasibility studies and supporting documentation.
- Valid financial or banking collaterals such as SBLC, BG, LG, PB, etc., covering the full project value.
- Collaterals must be issued by top 100 global financial institutions or leading international insurance companies.
- Official Letter of Intent (LOI).
